The day started out great. We went to the lobby for breakfast and were informed by the lady at the desk that the Packers were practicing on a field just behind the hotel. We finished our cereal in a hurry, grabbed our cameras (thanks, Dottie and Andy!) and went over to Lambeau. We saw Brett Favre and some other big names running drills. The day looked very bright indeed.....

Tragedy!!!!!!!!!

On our way out of town, somewhere between Green Bay and the Twin Cities, a rock hit our backseat, driver's side window. It was shattered, along with the only Wedding Day memento we brought with us: our shoe polished "Honk For The Bride". We drove on in to Minneapolis, vacuumed the car, and called a repair man who said he would meet us tomorrow morning. We swam at the hotel pool and called it a night.
