Forgot to mention this last time, but couldn´t believe how heavy my backpack was when I filled it and hauled it onto my back for the first time.
I was also a little concerned, as my seperate flight from Ushiaua in the far south back to B.A. on 10 May has a weight limit of 15kg. So imagine my surprise when I checked my bag in at Heathrow to find my main pack only weighed 12.3kg! My whole life for a year in a bag that weighs less than what i´d normally take to the Costas for a fortnight.

Had a good first night last night chatting on the roof terrace before my jet lag caught up with me at midnight, and might be going to see Boca Juniors play a Venezualan team on Tuesday. Off now to see Buenos Aires from ground level...
