We loved Cusco! We walked all over town from our hotel, so we never needed a taxi or public transportation. Every single place we ate was delicious - MAP Cafe, Inka Grill, Incanto and Pacha Papa.
Shopping was everywhere, but best in the San Blas area. We got a lot of fun, cheap souveneirs - hats, mittens, scarves, belts, jewelry, gifts, etc. I had a hard time though finding a stylish 100% alpaca sweater and finally just got one at the Lima airport.
