Finally a nice and sunny day, the sky is completely blue, with just one little cloud far, far away. Which means I have to get out! I've been sitting enough on my ass anyways.

So I decided to head out to Olympia by bicycle. Asked dad for directions and he pointed out a nice bike road, which wasn't too bad I have to say. At least I didn't have to go through a million traffic lights!

Left at 3:15pm, was talking to Jackeline for a while before that and didn't really want to cut short, but unfortunatly had to anyways. I haven't been cycling at all lately, and I'm not used to going up and down the hills like around here at all! But I was coping alright and got there eventually. Still a nice ride tho, about 45 minutes I'd say.

Stopped at East Bay at first, got a really nice view over the water and I could barely see the mountains there in the far background. Around the corner was another viewpoint, sort of like a little bridge where you can stand on. There was this guy under the bridge drawing in his scrapbook and after a minute he looked up and said hi. Nice fella, we talked for a few minutes there. The sun was getting pretty hot there near the water, so I decided to leave and said goodbye.

West bay wasn't bad either, got a nice view on Washington State Capitol building. Lots of boats laying there too, nice to be at the water there, but you could still hear the nearby road, 4th Ave.

Really peaceful and very well kept is the Capitol Lake Park. You can walk all around the Capitol Lake, nice for runners there, or just sit on one of the benches and have your lunch.

I thought that maybe it's nice to get up the hill and take a few pictures from there! Might get a nice view on the city or something... But nooo way I could get one. Was a nice steep way up there though, and down as well. Tried to get Mt. Rainier (yes it's popping up everywhere now) and the State Capitol building in one pictures, but I couldn't get it done! Nice to bike through all the streets up there though :)

So I decided to bike back to Lacey, as it was already 5:30pm. Took a wrong road at first, but I finally figured out where to go and got home sweaty, but safe!
