Day 102-105 Maharashtra – Nanded
This was our longest train journey. Jalandhar, Punjab to Maharashtra, Nanded. It took 34 hours. We came here to see another holy Sikh Gurudwara called 'Hazoor Sahib'. I was amazed to see people from different religions and cultures come here to pay their respects. We saw women dressed in completely different clothing to women from other parts of India. There was a group of people whose men all wore pink shirts. Other women that had tall stick like headgear. Really made us realise how diverse India is.
