One last night with the CCS crew

So we got back from Phuket and Dee and Joop Jang picked us up at the bus station. We all had just gotten back to the house from our weekends and sort of grazed for dinner. Michael was saying that he had gone to a cool bar with Dee that had a live band so I said hey, it's my last night, let's go. Everyone went except for Natalie (I think we tired her out in Phuket) and we got a three-liter thing of beer - don't worry, there were at least 6 or 7 of us drinking it. There was a band, which Michael and I both sang with, separately and then once together. We sang Hotel California... Michael had a little reading problem and didn't really get the words right. It was fun anyway. We went back to the house after our slightly embarrassing performance (made less so by the beer) and had a mini dance and listen to bad old music party before going to bed.

I got up Monday morning to see everyone off to their placements and say my goodbyes, which was sad. Then I started my massive sorting and packing endeavor. I sent almost half my clothes home because I decided I didn't want to deal with them. I might even go through them again in Singapore when I buy hiking boots and unload some more. I had a last lunch with the CCS staff, who were so cute and got me a daily calendar (watching me plan my trip with a hand-written calendar is pretty funny...) Then Dee took me to the bus station so I could go to Hat Yai. I miss all my CCS buddies!!! And I will send you guys a postcard soon!
