Ephesus had a lot more actually standing, than Tory. We had the funniest guide, very passionate about his job. He was going a thousand miles an hour, tugging us into the best spots to take pictures from and telling off the other tour guides for teaching incorrect information. A couple of times he gathered us in close and in conspiratorial whispers told us things ‘that other tourists wouldn’t learn about’. The façade of the library was fantastic; it must have been a beautiful city back in its day.
