I stayed in Geneva for two nights before heading on to Milan via a cross-country route by train and bus, across Switzerland and into Italy. Geneva is not a place I would probably stay for very long but as cities go, the people are wonderful and it's very nice. The lake views are beautiful, I must say. The United Nations is definitely worth a tour. Walk around the Old Town and soak up that medieval atmosphere.
