"Also try the many varieties of tapioca desserts in coconut milk, including the one one with green worm looking things. If the dessert is in a coconut milk broth, it's usually really good. I like many of them. The coconut ice cream in Thailand is also really good.
Be warned that Thai desserts are not all sweet, but many incorporate a salty, savory aspect as well."
