Day 3: San José - Playa Samara

Went out of bed very early, because today we had our first travelling day. Bought some breakfast at a kind of fast food bread store. Entered the bus for our first trip.

Because we were in the neighbourhood, we also visited Puntarenas, the capital of the province with the same name. Not much to do there, so we moved on quickly.

This really gave me the "holiday" feeling :)

During our trip we saw some beautiful birds. We also saw some monkeys for the first time during this trip. Many more would follow.

After a few hours we arrived at our hotel. This really gave me the "holiday" feeling :). After checking in we all dived into the pool, where welcome drinks were served.

Went to one of the local pizzaria's to have dinner. After that went to bed and fell asleep for the first time during this trip.
