Stayed in a great Hostel called Stone of the Beach. The Beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema are huge, there are massive waves and lots of good looking people!
We did a tour of a Favela (shanty town) and I saw guy with a huge gun, we went to a funk night at a huge club on the outskirts of a Favela. Apparently it was the same club from the film City of Gods.
Jane, did something fall out of your pocket?
It was really hot, there were hardly ever any cash machines that worked and we had some great food.
Everyone steals electricity in the Favelas. Nice wiring job.
