More beaches

Friday morning First things first, Janelle and Nadine counted all the shells they had collected, more than 900 had to come along!! We left St Helens and drove further down the coast. There really are many beautiful beaches in this area. The best thing is there are very few people around. We stopped at Scamander, where the river meets the beach and headed across the white sand with bathing suits and fishing rods.

We waded in the ocean and swam in the river. Eleni was happy to see "no waves" and the big girls were happy to get wet over their knees!!
