Seville - great to be back in Spain!!

Aaah Sevilla - beautiful place - gardens, river area, cathedral magnificent, one of the best we´ve seen.  Here we got approached by an old man on a pushbike about a supposedly great hotel near all the sites.  We followed him to the hotel and walla, it sure was.  He saved us heaps on accommodation and parking, and showed us the best place to eat in Seville.  Great to trust people sometimes!!

Very hot in Seville, like Adelaide summer, so up early to check it all out - Alcazar where the kings and queens still stay whilst in Seville, the cathedral was WOW, found a great tapas bar (again!), nothing in English so took a punt and tried... Angie could only just stomach the thought - "tail of the bull"... yes we did!, and it was actually pretty good.

While we were there Seville Football Club (soccer) won the Copa del Rey (European Cup) so there was lots of partying on around the streets - cars honking, trumpets blowing, you name it.  Bonus was when we noticed huge crowds gathering to watch the players parade along the main promenade.  The Spaniards love their soccer, what can I say... we had a late night, including Jagger who loved all the people, colours and horns, not to mention the attention he got!!
