Train from London to Bath in the morning.  Had a look at the Abbey and the Roman Baths. Abbey was quite overwhelmingly gorgeous (for an old building) - then on to the baths which are truly amazing. Really intriguing the whole thing actually and the pix probably won't do justice to what we saw.  I just loved this city I could quite easily live there. Picked up the car from a little hick town way out in the sticks then came back to the Youth Hostel which turned out to be in a very old Italian mansion - lovely place and so warm and comfy. The next day we picked up Josh from the station and he went through the baths while we looked around some more. Then we had a Sally Lunn at Sally Lunn's. Not quite like the Sally Lunn we know but very nice it was. After that we hit the road for Exeter.
