This place rules!

I am staying on Khao san road right in the middle of all the backpackers action. The shopping is absolutely amazing! I just got 36 nose rings for 5 bucks, along with a collection of ear gauges.

Just now I bumped into an Indian Yogi who offered to tell my fortune. He said "If I tell you your mother's name will you allow me to tell your fortune?"

"Alright Baba amaze me" I said

"She is Linda, now come."

"Alright dude"

This man managed to tell me the name of my love, the last person to break my heart, how many brothers and sisters I have, and that I have great karma, but I think to much. He gave me a mantra and some beads and told me that I will work in Japan in the 3 years, and I will see him again in Bangkok within the next 2 years. Then he gave me sacred beads and a mantra. Wow.

Tomorrow I am going on an adventure. It starts with a trip to the floating market, then an elephant safari, sleeping on a bamboo raft, trekking through the rainforrest, visiting a small village, and biking. 3 days 50 bucks, including food, accomodation, everything.  Life is good.

Saying goodbye in Mumbai was really hard. I truly love all of my friends and family there. Olly and I got matching tattoos (sorry mom). I hope I can see them all again.

Thailand is like a baby chicken... cheap, cheap, cheap!! Yesterday for lunch I got Pad thai on the street for about 75 cents. It's amazing.
