Well, before I start this whole, sordid blog thing, I suppose I shoudl explain how it started.  My apologies to all of you who have heard this before.

I've spent the last year in Neuchatel, teaching at Neuchatel Junior College, a Canadian school in Switzerland.  It was an amazing year. full of travel, laughs, blah, blah, blah.

Is that a Toblerone in your pocket?

The short version is it re-ignited my passion for travel in a huge way.  Five years in Toronto had been enough, it was time to go.  I'll come back eventually and give the long, pensive version of how and why, but that's enough for now.  Suffice to say I now have no job, no apartment, and no prospects, and most days I couldn't be happier.
