So, today was another packed day. We started at the <musee National de Moyen Age. Where we got to see beautiful tapestries, ruins, and jewelry. One of the main attractions is The Lady and the Unicorn which is a set of tapestries made for one of the wealthy families. Then we took a walk to the Pantheon. This is the site where many famous people were buried in the crypt. Such as Louis Braille, Jean Jacques Rousseau etc. The inside was absolutely breathtaking and in the centre was the famous Pendulum of Foucault. It was situated near the Universite de Paris. We then ventured on the the Africain American quatre of Paris where La Basilique de Sacre Coeur is located. You can see it from most places in the city because it is on the only hill in Paris. This beautiful white basilica that stays white because of who the rain interacts with the stone. We ended up climbing up the to the top of the basilica and it was great. We could see the little markets and the area where the artists set up shop to take your portraits. I have to admit that the staircases were a little small and the closterphobia did set in... but Bern talked me through it. By the time we were done there it started to pour, so we had to find the metro and get home. Starving as usual from a long hard day we found this great italina place called Pizza Roma and had what I would consider the best pizza I´ve ever had. .....

Ooppps. I almost forgot to put that we fit in Notre Dame also. It was within walking distance from our hostel so that made it easy. We ended up picking up a baguette on the way and some brie. So, we sat outside of Notre Dame looking over the Seine river eatting a baguette and trying to feel very French...lol. So, on to the next day.
