Last days in Hawaii

We arrived in Honolulu on Fri. May 24th and decided not to rent a car this time, because we knew the bus system a little better. We booked a tent site at Malaekahana camp site, where we stayed before, because it is right on the bus route. It's about 11/2 - 2 hrs. bus ride from Honolulu. The place was packed, because it was memorial day long weekend.

We just hanged out on the beech and had a relaxing time. We took the bus to go to Sun. morning meeting in Waikiki, but got there 10 min. before meeting was over....but we did make it. Then we went out with some of our friends to a authentic Japanese restourant and had really interesting, but nice food. We spend the rest of the day with them and had a afternoon bible study also. Then we went for dinner and they took us back to our camp ground. Mon. we just walked around in Waikiki and admired all the other tourist with all the money, that just buy and buy some more.

Tue. morning we took the bus to Honolulu where we hanged out until it was time to take another bus to the airport.

So we are bussed out....! The picture is just to showed how we jsut loved to ride the bus!!!!!! We arrived in Los Angeles on Wed. Morning 1:00 and will depart again to Fiji islands on Thurs. evening 8:45. We'll tell you some more about that....!
