After Ueno, it was off to Shinjuku, which is sort of the capital of Tokyo and the entire nation. We went to the double towers of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - the view from the top was great!
After that, we walked around the Shinjuku and neighboring Kabukicho area, which were packed.
