Hi from the road! We're in Opelousas, Louisiana, home of zydeco (and cracklins). We stayed in Lafayette last night after spending the afternoon driving around Houston. We're heading to Baton Rouge and New Orleans tonight...maybe visit a casino or two? We'll have more time to write soon. Everything is great and we're having a blast!
