Hello everyone. Sorry I've been doing so badly on updating, but its getting slightly overwhelming, honestly. I can't keep up with writing about everything, because I've experienced so much. I suppose that's a good thing.... But anyway, I spent a week up North. I went to an elephant training center, the Doi Tung Royal Villa and Gardens, the Hall of Opium, the "Golden Triangle" area on a boat, a Development and Education Program for Daughters and Communities Center (anti-human trafficking). There was really soo much. I also met up with my cousin Caryn again and went to the Chiang Mai Night Safari after a huge Italian meal. Goodness.... there is so much that I've experienced that I will never have the opportunity to again! Basically, I love the north of Thailand, and I really would spend time there if I ever had the chance again, whether it be for work or school. Before I came, I didn't really expect to feel that way, and I still don't about Bangkok. Enjoy the pictures, and I'm glad I'm back at my "home base" of Asian Institute of Technology for a while... it's important to have somewhere to retreat to and rest, no matter how much of a traveler you are.
