Just like the early days of our marriage when you were trying to find your place in the medical field. You're fortunate to again have a financial boost from your long-go naive partner who is now fighting for every penny and definiteley for some reform to the sexist divorce laws of California. Oddly enough, living in a Latino community has taught me that most of this co-culture is much more warm, trusting,loyal, and friendly than their neurotic caucasian counterparts who are married to the dollar but not often to one another in any meaningful way - thus the convoluted misbelief that marriage is forever, through thick and thin. No problems when there is plenty of thick. But thin.....? thus the problem. Who knew? Who saw it coming? I will say hello to John, regardless of which one awakens tomorrow.
