On Sunday me & my British friend Hannah, went on a guided tour to Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is made up of 5 coastal towns that are linked by a walking track & a train. The towns are Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarolo & Riomaggiore. Cinque Terre is a protected national park & is fantastic to explore via the walking tracks along it.

We caught the train into the first town & walked from one town to the next, stopping to experience each towns beauty. The water along the coast is so clean & perfect for swimming, on a 37 degree day we definately took advantage of this. We then caught the ferry from the fourth town to the fifth & the train back to Florence from there. The walk can be quite exhausting as a lot of it is up hill, but the views along the way make it well worth it.

We were with a great group of people & had some great laughs. Some of the people we are catching up with this week for a drink. I definately recommend any one who is in Italy, to go to Cinque Terre - it is truely magical xo
