My husband and I lived in Pornichet for about 8 months while he was playing pro volleyball in Saint Nazaire. We lived in a tiny apartment really close to the beach, about a block and a half away. There are lots of paths along the beach and I really enjoyed running there. There is a marathon in October that goes through all the 5 towns along the coast here that I would like to do someday.
