Shanghai was a bit of an anti-climax. The Hostel we stayed at was pretty nice, but the city itself doesnt really live up to the hype. Paris of the East it definitely is not. Ugly skyscrapers dot the skyline, each one more ridiculous than the other - in a way it's kind of funny.
