That's Kathy - the tall one in the back row. The ones in the front rows are commonly called "dinner" and they appear near the entry of many fine restaurants. Octopus is slapped against the concrete in front of the boat multiple times and then it is delivered to the restaurant where it will sit in the sun for the required amount of aging time. When we walk into the restaurant and order one, they put it on the grill and they actually are quite tasty.
