We decided to take a six day excursion on a good deal with Blair and Christel to the Dominican.  It was a debate to go at all...but it would never be a debate to go back.  First of all, awesome awesome resort, EVERYTHING included.  You can eat and drink til the sun comes up.  And as much as they appreciate the tips in this country, its almost not normal until the last day to treat your favs well.  You could seriously go to this place and not spend a penny...unless you run out of sun block and get bit by mosquitos.  Thats how they steal your money...that and the pics with monkeys.  So most of the time we layed out by the pool...and when i say pool I mean beautiful blue man made pond with lots of nooks and crannies, its that big.  And when we wanted to, the beach was a two foot walk away...sweet.  We went snorkling one day (not the best, wouldnt recommend it here) and we went on a dominican land excursion in Jeeps that we got to drive!  It was follow the leader style with pit stops for the guidance.  Really awesome to see the real Dominican lifestyle.  We stopped at a shop and Jaymo got cigars and I of course got art work, like I have a place to put it.  But then at night there was entertainment and more free drinks...what more can one ask for.  And there was even midnight munchies.  Mmmm.  One thing thing that was strange was when the plane landed the stuwardess said we were one hour different from home, but it was the eaxct same!  So the entire first day we were living an hour ahead of everyone...haha.  We figured it out tho...when we realized it was not likely that the clocks in our rooms and the big clock in the lobby couldnt all be an hour off ;)  Song of the Resort...Taki Taki Taki!
