Its amazing to be back in Argentina!! It is so cheap and the food is excellent!

We had to stay in a hotel initially as hostels were booked but it only cost us 90 pesos for a double room. Then we moved to a hostel called Hostal Winkas which was also very cheap and a good hostel.

The white water rafting was lots of fun but FREEZING cold

We chilled most of the time in Mendoza other than our day of adventure!! We booked a trip to do White Water Rafting and Ab-Seiling (Rappel) as we were feeling gutsy!  Mal in particular was very scared!! The white water rafting was lots of fun but FREEZING cold but would definately recommend it to anyone.  Leigh was repeatedly called "Loco" by the guide as he kept rowing even when we were told to stop!

The ab-seiling was MUCH scarier than we expected!!! Not a great idea for Mal as she´s scared of heights!! Probably not the best idea to try it the first time in South America where Health & Safety Laws are non-existent!  Halfway down the cliff Mal froze and started to tremble but realised the only way was down!  Anyway she did it in the end even if with a few tears and bruises!!!
