Cutter Creek - Sierra Nevada

On the way to Sutter Creek, there is a chocolate factory which I visted. I was impressed about the quality and the taste of all chocolates they sell! My lunch was 8 candies and a double espresso ;-) Sutter Creek has old buildings but the main street is very busy and there is no way to relax there. So I went on in direction Lake Tahoe which I reached around 5pm. I'll stay at least 2 days here to explore the mountains with my bike. It is very chilly up here at 6225ft altitude!

Auf dem Weg nach Sutter Creek ist eine Schoggi-Fabrik, welche ich kurz besucht habe. Die Qualitaet und der Geschmack hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Mein Mittagessen war 8 Pralines und einen doppelten Espresso ;-) Sutter Creek hat eingie alte Gebaeude entlang der Hauptstrasse. Leider ist diese so stark befahren, dass ich mich entlossen habe weiter in Richtung Lake Tahoe zu fahren. Um ca. 17:00 Uhr bin ich in Tahoe City angekommen und werde mindestens 2 Naechte hierbleiben und die umliegenden Berge mit dem Bike erkunden. Es ist relativ kalt hier auf 1900 muM!
