Saskatoon is the biggest city in saskatchewan, and although i spent a couple of days here i didn't actually do all that much there. Lazed about the town mostly, The downtown is fairly small and some parts of the city i was in looked a bit dodge. Plus it had got fairly cold up there. In the space of a day i had gone from just t-shirts to wearing about 3 layers. One of the main cultural places in the city is the Mendel art galley, but i didn't get to see it as they had a small fire a couple of days before and the art section was closed. Now if only they had told me before i had left my admission donation. Of course they still had the gift shop open.

Also one of the things you have to do when your here is have some Saskatoon berry pie. The best place, or so i was told was the berry barn, about 10 km out of town. They run a farm where you can pick your own berries and have a restaurant as well. Well you know i like my sweet stuff and this pie really hit the spot. And that was the last thing i did in Saskatoon.
