Before leaving i had 3 gatherings to say goodbye to everyone. The first was in manchester at the boys house. This was cool - it was a sweltering day, perfect for the BBQ. loads of people turned up and not one of us got food poisoning (i think) so a successful night.

The next was in derby a week later. Starting out at jimmy and tara's we then circulated derby's finest bars before all losing each other and separating, as usually!It was really good to get all the derby crew together. Smashing!

Finally on 29th July it was all about the family. We went to 'Go ape' in delemere forest. It was QUALITY! It's basically a combination of roped bridges, zip wires and swinging ropes all in the tree tops. Some scary moments and triple checking of the equipment but you will be please to know that I conquered all 'Black Routes'!

Everyone who joined in with the leaving doo's - thank you so much for coming. They were all fantastic,  I am looking forward to the 'returned parties'. Keep the BBQ's warm! So long... XXX
