Mwwaah ha haa - enjoy it while it lasts!
We will meet them in Cairo on 25th Oct.
We are about as prepared as we can be considering we have never undertaken anything quite like this in our lives! We have read all the relevant books and checked out numerous websites to try and get some idea what to expect but i think we should just go with it. Who can tell us what kind of amazing experiences we will have - we will just have to live it!
We have has numerous comments of " why Africa!" and " you must be mad, i couldn't do it!"
I think we are all a little twitchy downstrairs at the thought of our epic journey, but we are all up for the challenge and really want to push our boundaries. The memories we will have will last a lifetime.
All our famillies and close friends are right behind us even though there have been a few tears - we will miss you all but just think of the stories we will have to bore you with upon our return! and photos.................you thought the honeymoon was well documented!!!!
So this is the beggining. Follow us on our journey and keep in touch y'all !
Next stop Cairo!
