Hip Puerto Viejo

It's only a 30 min bus ride from Cahuita to P.V. but the road is so bad bumpy and dusty that I got kinda sick. Stayed in a nice place that's run by German/Chilien couple. Especially nice to see a well carried for dog and 3 well carried for cats.

The next day we rented bikes and snorkel gear and went for 15 km bike ride to Manzanillo. The doad goes close to the beach and you can stop and snorkel above the corral reefs in many places. That was really nice. Then we had a tragic lunch at Manzanillo most famous place the Moxi's. Food was pretty goog, but when we got back to hotel. Russ didn't feel well and when I got back from ising the internet accross the street, he felt even whorst.

That's was a pretty bad food poisoning. He was out for 2 full days not eating and felling really bad. So we got stuck in P.V. for an extra unplanned day.

The beach  is nice. So I mostly went to the beach and read some old magazins in the hammok. Everybody kept telling us how awsom food is in P.V. (ha ha) But I didn't have any luck. Had all banch of bad food (but didn't puke). So I still don't know why P.V is considered so hip and cool.  But I guess we didn't do the right stuff.
