Day 4 - Niagara Falls
Left Toronto at about 10:10am & got to Brock Plaza hotel at Niagara for about 11:45am. the check in was really fast and the hotel Lobby was really beautiful, this hotel was built in the 1920's and has had royalty staying there and Marylin Monroe.
You CAN go to Niagara Falls for more than a few days!
We went upto our room and when we walked in we were in awe of the place! The room was so gorgeous and looked so romantic, I legged it over to the window and right infront of us was the American Falls and when you turned your head you could see up to the Canadian Horseshoes falls, it was so pretty.

The Rainbow bridge where you can cross over to NY, USA was right infront of us aswell. We decided that straight away we wanted to go back on the Maid of the Mist where we got engaged, this time we were not going to take any photos, we just wanted to enjoy it and who cares if we got wet we were staying! We went down and the boat was not even half full so we had great views! We got soaked again but it was so funny.
We went back to the room and got changed and decided to go for a meal at Planet Hollywood which we were not able to do last time. We went upstairs and it is so much better than the Toronto one. We had some shots and kept the glasses and then had beers and I had a cocktail and we also had a really nice meal.

After that we came back to the hotel and had a little power nap ready for the night. We got dressed and decided to go check out the Casino, not to gamble just to look. We ended up staying in the Casino till about 11:30pm as the drinks where pretty cheap and the bartenders where really nice and entertaining. i had a few Cosmopolitans and felt very Sex and the City! LOL We then left the Casino and went and had a few drinks in Hard Rock. We left there at about midnight and went to the hotel.

I woke up at about 4;30am and sat looking out the window at the falls, we slept with the window open every night just so we could hear the falls. it was heaven!

Day 5 - We decided that we would walk to Clifton Hill today and see what was there, there is absolutely loads to do at Clifton Hill! We went to the Ripley Believe it or Not museam which was really good, there is loads of interesting stuff in there and good photo opportunities. There is this tunnel in there where the wall moves round but the bridge stays still and it really feels like you are tipping over. John hated it! He was absolutely hilarious he was kneeling down and holding on to the side thinking he was going to fall and I was doubled over in stitches laughing at him. I'm even laughing now thinking about it!

When we come out there was a thing where you can get a wax model of your hand so john and I got ours done holding hands with each other, we had to put our hands in Icey Cold water for 15 seconds and it hurt so much and felt longer, then we held hands and put them in the Hot Wax, the sensation was so weird but it was funny and the hands look really good!
We then went to Louis Tussards wax works museam, we had such a laugh here taking pictures and doing mad poses! Look at the pictures for this, John was so funny.

We then went to Guiness World of Records and Movie Wax works both where just crap and I wouldn't waste my money on them again. After Clifton Hill, we came back to the hotel and went to the pool, we sat in the Hot tub for a bit and then went into the spa, I felt really self conscious so we didnt stay there long. we went back to the room and as I looked out the window the falls started to be lit up, it was just white at first and then it was all different colours so we went outside and started walking up to the Canadian Falls, i was in so much pain, it was about 4 miles there and back and my feet and legs where really hurting from all the walking in Toronto but it was well worth it, it was so romantic.

Day 6 - The morning was REALLY cold but by the afternoon the sun was shining! We spent a few hours playing in the arcades and the rest of the day just taking in the sights of Niagara, we then decided we would wak on the Rainbow Bridge to stand on the border of USA & Canada.
The view of the falls from up there was amazing! We messed about on the bridge standing on different sides so that we were in different countries, it was mad, then we decided to walk back to the hotel. We got stuck at immigration with no ID whatsoever as nothing told us that we definately needed it! As we kinda thought the proper immigration was when you officially go into the US.

All we had with us where the card keys for the hotel I told the immigration officer that we had nothing except the card keys and that someone could come with us to the hotel to get our passports, she told us off and said she's let us through "this once" which to be honest was crazy because we coulda been crazy people! Might take that to the news LOL.
Rest of the night we just stayed in and watched TV.

Day 7 - Home Time
We had till about 14:00 to stay in Niagara before we were picked up and the weather was beautiful so we just sat in the Gardens looking at the falls and getting some sun on our faces. We had a fantastic time in Toronto and Niagara Falls and I definately want to go back to Niagara again and stay longer, there is still so much we need to do there!!!!
We went to the airport and checked in and got our flight back to Manchester VIA Glasgow!!!!! We were not told about the plane stopping at Glasgow but to make matters worse when we got there we had to get off the plane and go to the arrivals hall, go back through security and wait in the lounge again! We were so mad as it was pointless!!! Our flight from Glasgow to Manchester only took 37 mins but on that plane felt like another 6 hours!

When we got to Manchester for the furst time EVER we had to queue for immigration! The bags came off pretty fast and we went home, I miss Canada but it was nice to be home with Molly and sleep ...... boy did I sleep. All in all I had about 19 hours sleep and I'm still tired!!!
Well untill next time Canada, I love you and miss you so much!
