first of all sofe and i are very cool... pretty dam cold actually.

we are being absolutely spoilt here, (sometimes i wonder that God never gets tired of Blessing me and i gotta stop and shake my head).

With the fire at my feet and snow outside it all felt like a good dream.

yeah sweden is an awesome place, i get along with everyone really well from the beginning (although i felt my stomach was doin backflips when i walked through those airport doors).

Sofes fam have made me feel like one of the family and i can honestly say that after this short time i actually feel like a part of the fam... except that i still get royal treatment and get spoilt everyday.

On the night we arrived which was the end of what seemed like a 34 hour day... maybe it was we had about 10 meals and the last was traditional Chrissy food.

this included traditional food like cold meats, patte, mustards, bread, raw fish in sauces and washed down with Chrissy drink, beer and a variety of schnapps in which there was a warm "skäl" ("cheers") as we warmed our stomachs.

Then, dessert with strong coffee and a glass of cognac. Then feeling relaxed and content the presents came out and on it went.

With the fire at my feet and snow outside it all felt like a good dream.

Sofes parents are really fun and generous and i get along really well with sofes brother, we have a lot in common and have a good laugh now and hang out.

new years eve we spent with family and had a ball having fireworx and a big snowball fight.

just come back from an AMAZING ski resort in which i was faced with the reality of my shoulder not being fully healed yet, but was an awesome time, and in a couple more weeks we head off to Norway and get some work.

it is a bit hard though not knowing the language and not having a car but thats cool, im learning the language plus their english is improving and out here is a good place to relax for a few weeks.
