On Thursday of our Thanksgiving break we took a train up to Galway, the western coast of Ireland.  In order to fully take advantage of the region we ended up taking an all day bus tour from 10AM to 6PM.  While some parts of the tour were mediocre, the majority of it was both beautiful and breathtaking.  We visited the Dunguaire Castle, the Pouluabrone Portal Tombs, the Aillwee Caves, and the Cliffs of Moher.  While the weather was nice for the msot part, I must say that I've finally found a location that is windier than South Dakota!  At the Cliff of Moher I was nearly blown away...literally and seriously!  None the less, our day was absolutely fabulous!  I loved the cliffs as well as the castle...both so stereotypical of Ireland.  What was perhaps the worst part of my day, however, was making PB & J in the back of a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner.  I wanted to cry...haha not really...it was just really pathetic.  Oh...and I guess I did have some under cooked Top Ramen...GRREEAT!  Haha.  Galway overall was incredible, perhaps one of my favorite places thus far!  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves!
