Oh my goodness... no words to describe how amazing this place is! If you cant tell by the photos... our resort had a private beach overlooking the Andaman Sea, & the choice of swimming in 4 beautiful pools. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The service they provided is something that neither of us had ever experienced. They would come for whatever reason to the room.. room service or to clean or to bring chocolates or to bring activities for the day... & they would leave a little orchid as their calling card... so beautiful.

Basically all we did was relax... swam in the ocean, the sands pool, the sunset pool, the lagoon pool... sunbaked, read a book mingled with the staff and just really had an awesome time. Even when you sunbake you put up a little green flag and they come from no where to take your order.. we miss them already and have only been gone 2 days.

& they would leave a little orchid as their calling card...

We went into the markets in the villiage which was fun but the only time we ventured from the resort. They had entertainment all day every day.. from string quartets to rockbands & from wind surfing to making shell necklaces in the artisans hut. We went on a huge kayaking mission to collect shells.. we were gone for hours and damaged muscles severley...

But we survived and had the best time, & would recommend Tanjung Rhu to everyone... (we even went in Monsoon season (unknowingly) and saw not a spot of rain). Please put it on your 'to do' list because you will not forget it!!!
