Countdown to Italy: 6 days!

Well, we're still at home, with less than a week to go!

Its hard to imagine that in one week from now, we'll be in Rome, Italy - a completely different country and continent! There is still so much left to get done, right now we're more stressed out than excited...don't get me wrong, we are thrilled to be going to Italy - but right now its at the point where we just need to BE there, already!

We've been running around collecting all the things we'll need for the trip - converters, plug adapters, travel size EVERYTHING b/c of the whole liquids-in-carry on restrictions, and all the other random little stuff you don't think of right away and then obsess over! Its driving us a little crazy.

This weekend we're sitting down and planning out exactly where we want to travel during the trip  and when we want to go to each place. Then, its time for the most dreaded task: figuring out what to pack, and trying to fit it in the suitcase!

Anyway, the next entry will probably be from Italy...maybe Rome, because we do get some internet time at the hostel, although it is limited...there will definitely be an update once we reach Florence!
