Kennedy Family Visit

We started our journey with a visit to Carries home town (population 500) and visited with Gramma and Aunt/Uncle.  They took us out for a fabulous Italian feast which ended in the entire restaurant singing along with Dean Martins "Happy Birthday."

Then, we got sick.  Terribly sick.  Both of us were ragingly sick.  So, on our way back to Roscoe we were lovingly brought to the clinic where we were both diagnosed with bronchitis and given dueling z-packs.  It was then the personal challenge of everyone we were with to get us better!   There were hot toddies for breakfast, green tea, some German tea for bronchitis, vicks and more vicks, cough syrup, disgusting cough drops and lots of sleeping.  Thanks to their dedication and gramma's flem hacking lessons we were able to recover just in the nick of time.
