Day One: My Grand Entrance to Glasgow!

After what seemed like eternity, and only two small emotional breakdowns later, i am abord my Birtish Airways flight heading to Glasgow. I have no idea what i'm getting myself into, and my fingers are heavily crossed that everything will just work itself out. But all turns out fine. Luggage arrives, boyfriend is there to pick me up (definate hi-light right there!) and all in all i arrive not to jet-lagged or in too much pain. It was actually really beautiful weather when i arrived yesterday. The 'Sun' was out ( i use that term loosely, because and Australian sun is nothing like a Scottish 'Sun') and it wasn't too cold at all. The motel Lyall has booked was absolutely lovely, and best of all.. i got my first Macca's in Europe! No real 'tousity' plans for here, apparantly there isn't all the much to see. Got a fair bit of retail therapy this morning, so that was beautiful. And tonight i'm off to see Casino Royale.
