we started out the day by touring the capital building, we were able to see the old senate and old supreme court buildings. Then we went to the front of the supreme court, and took a group picture. After that it was off to the library of congress. Then to the National Archives. Where we saw the declaration of indepence, magnacatra, bill of rights, and the constitution.

Then we started our drive to New York City, on our way into the city we went through the Holland Tunnel. Which is about 3 miles long, and Erick Cheeseman, attempted to hold his breath the entire time. He made it 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then we drove around downtown Manhattan. Then we went to the South Street sea port for dinner where we were able to eat right next to the Brooklyn Bridge.  After dinner we drove to the empire state building, and went to the top of that. and that was extremely windy! AFter that we drove back to New Jersey, this time through the Lincoln Tunnel. Erick tried to hold his breath again, but traffic was stopping so he failed. sorry that this was a day late, we got back super late and the computer was unavailable. Picture will be available thrusday morning
