where??

ok folks...didn't even know Belgium was on the list of places we were going to.... brussels is the first city in europe i've been in where people bump there music in their cars and they were playing eminem Encore album...man are they that far behind.....they like rap music??...a bit of history about Belgium and Brussels...this is where the famous peeing kid originates from...i know you all remember the kid holding his thing doing his thing....well the story goes that they were in a war with the spanards and the spanards set a bomb in front of congress and the child came along and saw the bomb with nothing to put it out...thus he peed on it....what a story so thus the famous statue... this is a story right out of Ripley's belive it or not.....the city has lots more services but the old city also has open gutters...makes for a bit of stench.....i hear most of europe is going through a heat wave....uggg ... tell me about it......i thought belgium was only famous for their waffles...which are excellent...they topp it with everything from fruit to condensed milk....wonderful desert.....but they are most famous for their french fries......oh they are good....but hey i'm an american i've been eating fries since i could stick them up my nose and pretend they were teeth.....its our first nite here...so we took a brief tour.....unfortuanetly we didn't bring the charger for our digital camera.... we were hopeful to be able to buy one but doesn't seem as though anyone sells that model in any of the 3 countries we last checked.....so there are no photos to load......i know this isn't the same without pics........ another day in brussels then its off to Amsterdam.......................
