From the moment I stepped into the Lobby I was mesmerised. It was beautifully furnished from top to bottom. Plush carpets, soft coloured walls, and leather armchairs (the kind you would see in an old fashioned study).
There were glass cases with different Disney characters in puppet form.
The staff were dressed in Victorian Period clothing giving the impression that this was a Grand Hotel.
The walk to our room was interesting, we were tucked away in the West Wing. We passed the gift shop which was huge, with a Disney Princess window display.
Our room was perfect. We had a huge double bed with a gorgeous green coverlet that had the Disney Fairies stitched into the design.
The bathroom was quite spectacular, with a huge gold framed mirror and a marble top counter with his and hers sinks.
The Inventions Restaurant where we had breakfast was ok. Breakfast was average, the only plus was you got to see some characters that you couldn't see in the park.
All in all our stay here was fantastic, way better than Santa Fe (where we stayed last year). You are right at the heart of the magic, what with the park being right on your doorstep.
A must stay for anyone if you visit the park.
