"Filth and dirt everywhere, stained towels, food crumbs in our clean room, counters dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned or maintained at all since the last time we were there, very disappointing, we have 3 young kids, it was the last night stay of a wonderful trip, a treat for them to stay in a hotel and it was so disgusting, I didn't want them to swim in the pool, there was filth all around, but how do you stop a 3, 4 and 6 year old from jumping in, we promised them this treat." — source Priceline
