"The hotel is quiet close to a black neighbourhood , not really in the city centre & the price quoted to me was including breakfast , when i spoke with the reception manager he said breakfast not included & i had to pay additional 7 euros which is not too fair , Overall the room was good with the bathroom , but the receptionist never spoke good english & not good warm welcome." — source Venere
"The room was nicely done up and clean, but there was NO LOCK on the door, and the hallways were dimly lit - it did not feel safe at all, and when we informed the desk staff that there was no second lock, they didn't care." — source Hostelworld
