"The night b-4 our arrival we booked a couple rooms - good values one had a excellent view - the other was kinda a mix-up --- front desk could not coordinate with housekeeping and we were not able to check in until after 4:30 PM -- than we got calls from the front desk the following AM saying that we were supposed to be checked out by 5:30 AM -- overall we got what we paid for -- rooms were okay, views awesome, location awesome --- just staffing & communicatin problems." — source Travelocity
