"Laredo TX is the city of the bad service, I have stayed at several hotels there and there is no one of them that I have had a good experience and this is not the exception, they did not include continental breakfast for us and they did not want to change the room for a king size bed room, anyway, the overall service in the whole city of Laredo is a mess from the restaurants to the hotels, perhaps the Hispanic people there that are born as Americans, feel that they are superior from." — source Priceline
