"The problems were that the hottub was broken and the outdoor pool was closed, there were no microwaves (even though the website said that there were), refridgerators were available only for an extra charge, the bathroom grout was not clean, there was a hair stuck to the tile, there was mildew above the shower on the ceiling, the air conditioner in the room was very loud, there was no breakfast buffet and we had to go to the front desk to get a special coupon for our complimentary breakfast (shouldn't breakfast be complimentary for all guests, not just ones that book through a particular website." — source Travelocity
