"The restaurant and food were of a good standard let down slightly by the slow service due to being understaffed, the staff there were very good but were overwhelmed by the volume of diners. We were dissapointed that the minibus service to Florence was fully booked, but in the end the public bus service was very good and suited our timing better (we didn't know about the Italian system of prepurchasing tickets but a very kind Italian man gave us his spare ones and helped keep us out of trouble." — source Venere
