"Extremely helpfull staff, we forgot a personal item in the room and it was sent to us the next day without delay. The rooms could be quiter, an extractor fan by the main entrance kept going off every 3 minutes or so, also an issue of people outside screaming and partying into early hours (admittedly not hotel's fault)." — source Venere
